Next we will discuss a concept which will enable us to compare the relative

variability between two or more different variables. These variables do not

have to necessarily represent the same measurements. This concept relates

the mean and the standard deviation and is called the coefficient of variation.

The Coefficient of Variation

The coefficient of variation (CV) allows us to compare the variation between

two (or more) different variables. Usually, the result is expressed as a

percentage.
