10-4 Sampling Distribution for the Difference Between two

Independent Sample Proportions

We may be interested in comparing the proportions of two populations.

For example, we may want to compare the opinion between men and women

as to whether they agree or disagree on a particular issue. One way of doing

this, is to select a random sample of females and a random sample of males

and survey them as to whether they agree or disagree on that particular issue.
